My name is Bethany and I host Death Cafe because I believe that talking about death helps us live more fully. As a death doula, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is to gather in community, share stories, and make space for both vulnerability and curiosity.

About the event
I lead gentle, conversation-based gatherings that help people explore death, dying, and grief with more openness and less fear. These events are respectful, reflective, and accessible — often attended by caregivers, seniors, therapists, or anyone interested in building a healthier relationship with mortality.
