A grief companion's primary role is walking alongside a grieving person, offering empathetic support without trying to "fix" their pain. This can look like an outing in nature to clear headspace, a coordinated family gathering with facilitated conversation, and/or quietly sitting on the sofa together while deep breathing and processing emotions with your doula. *prices vary on actual services provided
