Service Description

Death doesn’t have to be feared. It can be beautiful, clear, and sacred. End-of-Life Doula support extends hospice care by reinforcing existing care plans, reducing staff overload, and enhancing family satisfaction. This integration strengthens and improves overall outcomes of patients on or entering hospice care while providing measurable value to the care team, family and the dying. This package highlights those connections, and provides hands-on learning for the caregivers to ensure everyone is comfortable and confident. -Respite & Comfort Care (5 sessions of 5 hours each) – Quiet companionship, comfort measures, light household assistance, and communication with family. -Optional Add-On: Sitting Vigil or After-Death Guidance (available at discounted hourly rate). -Resource List for Grief & Bereavement – Support organizations, clergy, and counseling options for after the transition. *Investment: $1200 Flat hourly rate available upon request pricing based on need and actual services provided
